Motorcycle case settled for $138,000.00
Our client was riding a motorcycle and proceeding to make a turn onto a roadway from a shopping center. A motorist, who did not see our client, smashed into the motorcycle, which resulted in the client suffering several fractures which required surgery and the insertion of hardware to stabilize injuries. Robert Trop negotiated a settlement with a structured annuity increasing the total settlement to $187,000.00. This figure includes an additional $25,000.00 obtained by Mr. Trop from the client's uninsured coverage for another vehicle that was involved in the accident but left the scene.
